This agreement protects proprietary trading strategies, systems, and methodologies. By accessing our services, you agree to maintain strict confidentiality.
1. Definition of Confidential Information
"Confidential Information" means all information disclosed by Funded Traders Club LLC, whether orally, in writing, or in any other form, including but not limited to:
• Trading strategies, systems, and methodologies
• AI bot configurations and settings
• Proprietary indicators and tools
• Training materials and course content
• Client lists and business processes
• Financial information and performance data
• Any information marked as "Confidential" or that would reasonably be considered confidential
2. Obligations of Receiving Party
You agree to:
• Hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence
• Not disclose Confidential Information to any third parties
• Not use Confidential Information for any purpose other than personal trading
• Protect Confidential Information with the same degree of care used for your own confidential information
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or systems
3. Exclusions
This agreement does not apply to information that:
• Is or becomes publicly available through no breach of this agreement
• Is rightfully received from a third party without breach of any confidentiality obligation
• Is required to be disclosed by law or court order
4. Term
This agreement remains in effect indefinitely, even after termination of services, unless specifically released in writing by Funded Traders Club LLC.
5. Remedies
You acknowledge that breach of this agreement may cause irreparable harm for which monetary damages would be inadequate. Funded Traders Club LLC shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunction and specific performance, in addition to all other remedies.
6. Return of Materials
Upon termination of services or upon request, you agree to promptly return or destroy all Confidential Information and certify in writing that you have done so.
7. No License
Nothing in this agreement grants you any rights to Confidential Information except the limited right to use it for personal trading purposes during your active membership.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Funded Traders Club LLC is incorporated.
Agreement Acceptance:
By purchasing our services or accessing our proprietary information, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Non-Disclosure Agreement.
